I was a bit disappointed with the room as I paid extra for a better one but ended up on the 3rd floor without a refund. The maintenance was lacking, and there were noticeable dirt and food remnants on the floor. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional with apologetic and friendly staff. The location was convenient, especially for dining options, but the facilities needed some attention. The dining experience was a bit pricey but had good value for money.
The hotel had more space than necessary with 2 beds and a sofa bed; however, cleanliness was lacking. The service during the Canada Day weekend seemed disorganized, yet the staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The location, though not the safest at night, offered various food options nearby and a nice pool. The dining experience was expensive and did not include the expected free breakfast.
This hotel was a wonderful surprise. The rooms were great, nice and quiet; we had a fabulous sleep. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is very central and convenient, with lots of good places to eat that deliver. However, the dining experience was just average, and the facilities were decent.
